Explanation: CHR112 is a titanium calcium type cladding welding rod that can be used for both AC and DC welding. During welding, the arc is stable and slag removal is easy. Purpose: Used for the surface of low carbon steel, medium carbon steel or low alloy steel parts that are subject to wear and tear, especially suitable for welding and repairing of mining and agricultural machinery.

Hardness of deposited metal: HB ≥ 220 Reference current: (DC+or AC)

Notes:
1. The welding rod must be baked at around 150 ℃ for 1 hour before welding.
2. Large workpieces should be preheated to around 200 ℃ before welding, and the rust and oil stains on the surface of the welding part should be cleaned thoroughly.
