Combined with silver based brazing materials, it can be used for brazing copper and copper alloys, stainless steel, hard alloys, diamond polycrystalline sheets, and other materials in furnaces, flame brazing, and high-frequency brazing.

Preparation before welding:
|
In order to achieve the best brazing effect, the contact surface of the brazed joint should be cleaned by mechanical or chemical methods to ensure thorough removal of oxides or organic matter. The joint end face should not be too rough, and metal particles and other dirt should not adhere. The stainless steel surface should not be brushed with a metal wire brush.

Welding operation:
|
Mix the silver solder powder into a paste with pure water and apply it to the weld joint of the workpiece, or heat the brazing material first and then use the adhesive solder powder. The gap between the weld seams should not be too large, generally between 0.01-0.05mm. When flame brazing, it is usually advisable to use a neutral flame, and direct heating of the brazing material and flux by the flame should be avoided as much as possible during operation.

Post weld treatment:
|
The residue after welding can be soaked in hot water or 10% citric acid. When using silver solder powder FBl06s or FB308S, if the surface appearance of the workpiece is not required, cleaning is not necessary.

Storage and transportation:
|
Store in a cool and dry place, pay attention to moisture prevention, and do not consume.
