Aluminum welding powder product name: qj201 aluminum brazing flux
Explanation: The melting point of QJ201 aluminum brazing flux is about 420 ℃, and it absorbs moisture. It can effectively remove the aluminum oxide film, promote the flow and activity of the brazing material on the aluminum alloy.
Usage: Suitable for use with aluminum based brazing materials in the temperature range of 450-620 ℃, flame brazing aluminum and aluminum alloys, and can also be used for brazing in furnaces. It is a widely used aluminum brazing flux.
Complies with: q/jbay13-2009 Model: qj201
Notes:
1. Before welding, the brazed part and the surface of the brazing material should be cleaned of grease, oxides, and other contaminants.
2. When welding, the workpiece must be preheated to around 500 ℃, and one end of the brazing material should be heated and dipped with an appropriate amount of brazing flux before welding immediately.
3. Brush the brazed joint with a 15% citric acid or sulfuric acid solution after welding to prevent corrosion of residual brazing flux.
4. This flux should be stored in a dry place to prevent moisture.
Suitable for flame gas welding of aluminum and aluminum alloys.
Melting point of about 650 ℃, used as a solubilizer in gas welding of copper and copper alloys, steel and stainless steel
