Easy installation: Suitable for any installation direction.
High reduction ratio: Gleason high reduction ratio spur gear, standard single segment can reach 1:15, customizable reduction ratio single segment 1:20~1:60. The combination of high-precision grinding spiral umbrella gear set and optimized planetary gear set can achieve a reduction ratio of 1500:1.
Low backlash: accuracy within 9 arc minutes, can also choose 6 arc minutes or 3 arc minutes.
High input speed: 6000RPM
Rate: 93% to 96%
Optimized design: GLEASON parameter gear design software is used to ensure high torque and low noise.
High torque density: The integrated gearbox body ensures high rigidity and corrosion resistance. The compact and rigid design ensures high torque and large reduction ratio while being small in size and light in weight.
High lifespan: By utilizing the analysis technology of 3D-CAE software, the gear system and its service life can be increased.
Clamp type connection mechanism: The connection between the input end and the motor adopts a clamp type locking mechanism, and undergoes dynamic balance analysis to ensure the concentricity and balance of the interface combined at high output speeds, as well as zero backlash power transmission.
