PBT single-stage angle planetary gearbox
Liming reducer - PBT single-stage precision planetary reducer
Advantages of PBT series products
Silent: Using high-precision helical gears to achieve smooth and quiet operation
High torque: higher torque than typical spur gear planetary reducers.
Rate: Over 95%
Elastic motor connection: The unique modular design of the motor connection plate is suitable for any brand flange form servo motor.
High stability: The connection between the input end and the motor adopts a clamp type locking mechanism, and undergoes dynamic balance analysis to ensure the combination of interface concentricity and balance, as well as zero backlash power transmission at high input speeds.
Easy to maintain: Use high viscosity and non separable lubricating grease to effectively prevent grease leakage. No need to replace lubricating grease during the product's lifespan, making installation more convenient.

Notes:
1. The reducer must be firmly installed on the machine to avoid any looseness or vibration.
2. Before installing the gearbox on the machine, it is necessary to confirm again whether the output shaft rotation direction of the gearbox is correct.
3. If the gearbox has been left in place for a period of time (4 to 6 months) before use, and the oil seal has not been immersed in lubricating oil or given proper protection measures, it is recommended to replace the oil seal, as it may have already adhered to the shaft and may even lose elasticity and cannot function normally.
4. Please try to avoid placing and installing the gearbox under strong sunlight or in extremely harsh environments. If possible, take protective measures for the gearbox to increase its service life.
5. Try to provide sufficient circulating air for the cooling fan of the motor to avoid affecting the efficiency of heat dissipation.
6. The standard working environment for reducers is from facility -25 ° to 45 °. If this range is exceeded, please contact the original factory technical personnel.
7. Various parts (pulleys, gears, couplings, shafts, etc.) must be installed on solid or hollow shafts using matching threaded holes or other tools to ensure correct installation without damaging all parts on the outer end of the bearings or reducer, and lubricating oil should be used to lubricate the contact surface to avoid jamming or oxidation.
8. When starting, it is necessary to start gradually and not immediately increase the load. It should be gradually increased.
9. If any parts, items, or materials near the gearbox are damaged due to oil leakage, special protection or shielding should be installed.
