Liming reducer - SD single-stage high-precision planetary reducer/disc output planetary reducer/disc output planetary reducer
SD Single Segment Product Introduction:
Box numbers: 47, 64, 90, 110, 140, 200, 255. Seven box numbers are available for selection
Reduction ratio: There are four options for single-stage series reduction ratios: 4, 5, 7, and 10
Output bearing form: there are two options: ball bearing and tapered roller bearing. (If not noted, the quotation and shipment will generally be based on ball bearings)
Backgap level: P2 ≤ 7 arc minutes, P1 ≤ 5 arc minutes, P0 ≤ 3 arc minutes, Ps ≤ 1 arc minute.
Mute: Below 70dB
Efficiency: Over 97%
High input speed: 6000RPM
Attention: Ordering requires providing the model and drawings of the matching stepper motor or servo motor.
Advantages of SD series products:
Silent: Use helical gears to achieve smooth and quiet operation
High precision: The gearbox and inner ring gear adopt an integrated design, which is processed after modulation, and the gear accuracy reaches DIN6 level, with high precision.
High rigidity and high torque: The transmission interface of the planetary gear adopts full needle roller bearings without retainers, increasing the contact area to improve structural rigidity, and adopting an integrated internal gearbox greatly improves rigidity and torque.
The planetary arm and output adopt an integrated structural design to ensure improved torsional rigidity and stiffness. And it is processed in one go, with precision controlled within tolerances.
High stability: The connection between the input end and the motor adopts a clamp type locking mechanism, and undergoes dynamic balance analysis to ensure the combination of interface concentricity and balance, as well as zero backlash power transmission at high input speeds.
Notes:
1. The reducer must be firmly installed on the machine to avoid any looseness or vibration.
2. Before installing the gearbox on the machine, it is necessary to confirm again whether the output shaft rotation direction of the gearbox is correct.
3. If the gearbox has been left in place for a period of time (4 to 6 months) before use, and the oil seal has not been immersed in lubricating oil or given proper protection measures, it is recommended to replace the oil seal, as it may have already adhered to the shaft and may even lose elasticity and cannot function normally.
4. Please try to avoid placing and installing the gearbox under strong sunlight or in extremely harsh environments. If possible, take protective measures for the gearbox to increase its service life.
5. Try to provide sufficient circulating air for the cooling fan of the motor to avoid affecting the efficiency of heat dissipation.
6. The standard working environment for reducers is from facility -25 ° to 45 °. If this range is exceeded, please contact the original factory technical personnel.
7. Various parts (pulleys, gears, couplings, shafts, etc.) must be installed on solid or hollow shafts using matching threaded holes or other tools to ensure correct installation without damaging all parts on the outer end of the bearings or reducer, and lubricating oil should be used to lubricate the contact surface to avoid jamming or oxidation.
8. When starting, it is necessary to start gradually and not immediately increase the load. It should be gradually increased.
9. If any parts, items, or materials near the gearbox are damaged due to oil leakage, special protection or shielding should be installed.
