Adopting a conical grading chamber effectively controls the rising wind speed, improves the particle size distribution of the finished product, and enhances the strength of the cement.
Wear resistant labyrinth lining plates are installed in the grading room to change the direction of airflow, prevent airflow short circuits, and improve grading efficiency.
The grading room is equipped with a material discharge step structure, where the material comes into three-dimensional contact with the airflow, completely eliminating the edge wall effect.
Adopting a sheet-like eddy current rotating cage and adding graded blades, the fineness adjustment is sensitive.
