(1) The working environment requires no flammable or explosive materials and corrosive gases. It is forbidden to directly inject various liquids or melt metals into the furnace, and the furnace should be kept clean regularly. (2) When in use, the furnace temperature should not exceed the blast furnace temperature, nor should it work for a long time at the rated temperature. During the experiment, users are not allowed to leave and should always pay attention to temperature changes. If any abnormal situations are found, the power should be immediately cut off and professional maintenance personnel should conduct repairs. (3) When using, the furnace door should be gently closed and opened to prevent damage to the components. When using crucible pliers to take samples, handle them gently to ensure safety and avoid damaging the furnace (4) Do not open the furnace door after the temperature exceeds 600 degrees. Wait for the temperature inside the furnace to cool naturally before opening the furnace door. (5) After the experiment is completed, the sample is removed from heating and the power is turned off. When placing the sample in the furnace, the furnace door should be slightly opened first, and the sample should be carefully clamped after it has cooled slightly to prevent burns. (6) The heated crucible should be transferred to a dryer for cooling, placed on a buffered refractory material to prevent moisture absorption, explosion, and cracking, and then weighed. (7) When transporting muffle furnaces, be careful to avoid severe resonance and place them away from flammable, explosive, water, and other materials. It is strictly prohibited to lift the furnace door to avoid damage to the furnace door.

When the muffle furnace is used or reused after a long period of disuse, it must be dried in an oven: open the furnace door at 20-200 ℃ for 2-3 hours, and close the door at 200-600 ℃ for 2-3 hours. Before the experiment, the temperature controller should avoid vibration and should not be placed too close to the electric furnace to prevent overheating and prevent electronic components from working properly. When moving the thermostat, the power switch should be turned off. Before use, adjust the thermostat to the desired operating temperature, turn on the start code to power on the muffle furnace. At this time, the ammeter will read, and the measured temperature value on the thermostat will gradually increase, indicating that both the muffle furnace and thermostat are working normally.
