4-15 Brick Machine Features:

1、 The electrical system of the brick machine adopts imported color touch screen and programmable logic controller (PLC) control equipped with data input and output devices. The control system includes safety logic control and fault diagnosis system.

2、 The new semi enclosed feeding hopper is equipped with linear reciprocating blades inside, which can quickly and evenly add materials into the brick machine mold. Maximize the use of effective vibration and evenly distribute the impact force to various parts of the mold box, greatly improving product density and mold box service life.

3、 Using imported hydraulic components and seals, and employing high dynamic performance proportional valves, the oil volume and pressure can be adjusted according to different working requirements to control the movement of key components.  

4、 The Bosch pneumatic damping system from Germany significantly reduces the noise and adverse effects of vibration on equipment, making the equipment more stable and reliable.

5、 Made with high-precision, high-strength castings and special welding techniques and materials, it has good rigidity and long vibration resistance life;

6. YXQ4-15 cement brick machine adopts a four-bar guide system to ensure the movement of the indenter and mold.

7、 This machine adopts tabletop vibration and pressure forming, and uses a reciprocating guiding feeding device. It has a short forming cycle, high production efficiency, and high quality, compactness, and strength of the blocks.
