Electrical Actuator

The QDA type electric actuator features a fully sealed integrated mechanical and electrical structure, suitable for outdoor use, and utilizes worm gear and worm drive. It is equipped with a stroke limit and torque protection device, where the stroke limit device consists of a set of counting gears and hard contact limit switches. When the gate is fully open or closed, the counting gears drive the stroke limit rod, causing the hard contact limit switches to activate, automatically stopping the gate's opening or closing action. If the stroke limit switch fails to activate due to any reason, causing an increase in torque, the torque protection switch will activate, protecting the actuator from unexpected damage. The electric device also features a pointer-type opening indicator and a heating resistor. The pointer-type opening indicator is connected to the counting gears, providing a direct indication of the gate's opening position. The heating resistor automatically connects during the operation of the actuator to remove moisture inside, ensuring dryness and reliable operation of all electrical components. The gate nut and the electric device output end are connected using a spline connector, with the spline connector's claws leaving a gap to generate a hammering effect at the moment of gate opening, achieving the purpose of hammering start, and increasing the pre-force during the gate's opening and closing. The cast iron bracket has a closed structure to bear the gravity or counterforce during gate opening and closing, and is internally fitted with heavy-duty bearings, with an exquisite appearance. It can be controlled on-site or remotely, and can switch between manual and electric automatic operation.

★Application: Electric opening and closing machines are widely used in various water supply and drainage projects, as well as in hydraulic and hydroelectric projects. They are mainly used to control the lifting and lowering of various gates, weir gates, and valves, thereby achieving the opening and closing of gates or valves. Generally, they are divided into manual and electric control types. When the width-to-height ratio of gates or valves is relatively large, a double-hoist opening and closing machine should be used.
