The stainless steel plastic stirrer features a vertical stainless steel design, making daily maintenance easy and operation simple and convenient; however, there are many things to be aware of during the operation of the stainless steel plastic stirrer.
During operation, it is prohibited to stick the head into the hopper to observe or touch the machine frame with hands; in operation, it is not allowed to stir the materials in the drum with hands or tools; when the hopper is raised, it should be at the bottom of the material pit, and the hopper must be securely fastened to the chain cleaning the material pit for the operation into the mixing pipe; new materials must be added before the vertical mixer is operated, and the vertical mixer should not be stopped or started at full load; in case of accidents or malfunctions that prevent continued operation, the power supply should be immediately disconnected, the concrete in the cylinders removed, and then repairs conducted.
1. Before operation, perform an empty-run trial run. Before the trial run, check the tightness of all machine connections, the lubricant level in the reducer, and the integrity of the motor equipment. Then, turn on the main power switch and conduct an empty-run trial run. Press the individual start and reset buttons to check if the operation is smooth. Proceed with processing after meeting the above requirements (the dump button and reset button should not be used simultaneously). 2. After adding materials, cover the material trough lid to prevent material from spilling out. The lid is made of acrylic, allowing you to observe the mixing process. Once the mixing is effective, press the dump button to start the dump operation. Continue pressing the button as the hopper approaches the base to avoid damaging parts. After the dump is complete, press the reset button to return the trough to its original position.
