What does the instruction manual for a vertical plastic mixer look like?
1. Before use, an empty run trial operation should be conducted. Prior to the trial, check the firmness of all connections on the large plastic vertical mixer, the oil level in the reducer, and the integrity of the electrical equipment. Then, close the main switch, apply power, and perform an empty run trial operation. 2. Empty run trial operation test. The large plastic vertical mixer should only be put into production if no abnormal sounds, excessive heat in the bearing, or a rapid increase in reducer temperature are detected during the empty run trial.
3. If scraping material from the inner wall of the scraper is necessary during operation, use bamboo or wooden tools; never use your hands to avoid injury. 4. If abnormal vibration or unusual noises are detected during use, immediately shut down the large plastic vertical mixer for inspection. 5. Do not overload the machine; generally, the motor's load is used as a reference. For a 380V motor, the heavy load current when mixing plastic should not exceed 6 amperes; if the load is exceeded, reduce the mixing capacity immediately.
