Our previous stainless steel mixers come in horizontal, vertical shaft, and other hybrid forms; their mixing status is determined by the installation method and blade design. In practice, both in terms of energy consumption and mixing effectiveness, they are not very ideal. This not only unnecessarily increases operational costs but also affects the process treatment. Statistics show that energy consumption for mixing during the process accounts for about 20% of the total energy consumption, making it a significant amount.

So, this has compelled us to make technical improvements on our stainless steel mixers. As a mature technology, mixers are widely used, primarily consisting of motors, impellers, and control systems. Now, to simplify the structure, we have adopted multi-stage motors with direct coupling; the impellers are mainly produced through casting and welding processes. Traditional mixers have advantages such as compact structure and easy installation and maintenance. However, due to the design of the impellers and the power factors, there is still considerable room for improvement in energy consumption and operational efficiency. In response to these reasons, we have implemented four energy-saving technical improvements: efficient impellers, energy-saving power, reliable sealing, and durable design.
