I. Inspect the appearance

As you approach, the tank itself boasts a glossy finish and even surface treatment, with smooth welds and clear lines, making it an ideal choice for purchasing products for manufacturing air tanks.

Section 2: Review the Quality Assurance Certificate

Due to relevant regulations, each pressure vessel is shipped with a quality warranty certificate. This certificate is a crucial document proving the vessel's compliance. Without the quality warranty certificate, even if the price is low, please do not purchase the pressure vessel to ensure safe use.

III. Brand Inspection

The label should indicate the manufacturer's name, the inspection unit's name, and the production date. Check if there's an inspection unit's seal in the upper right corner of the label. Additionally, note the product number, weight, volume size, high pressure and working pressure it can withstand, and the pressure for water pressure testing. Also, specify the medium of the air tank. There must be a product's steel stamp number directly below the label on the entire tank body, and this number must match the one on the label. If two numbers do not match, please do not purchase.

How is the tank structure of a high-pressure air tank?

Typically, we use high-strength steel plates for welding, primarily forming spherical or cylindrical shapes. Spherical tanks consume less steel and distribute stress evenly. However, there are drawbacks, as they are more challenging to process, install, and weld compared to cylindrical tanks. Consequently, due to these constraints, our high-pressure gas storage spherical tanks are generally used for applications with higher gas pressure. Our cylindrical tanks feature elliptical or hemispherical heads at both ends. When using an elliptical head, to match the head's strength with the tank, the ratio of the major to minor axis can be 2:1.
