It can replace traditional water tanks, reducing the frequency of pump startups, absorbing part of the system's water expansion, and is easy to implement automatic water replenishment, automatic air release, automatic pressure relief, and automatic over-pressure protection.

Working Principle

  The bladder-type constant-pressure water-supply device operates by utilizing the expandability of gases. It is mainly composed of a bladder-type constant-pressure tank, a water pump, a pressure switch, a control box, an automatic valve, a base, and connecting pipelines. When the water volume in the system increases due to temperature rise, the system pressure increases, and some water enters the bladder of the constant-pressure tank. The expansion of the bladder compresses the gas inside the tank until the system pressure and the tank pressure are balanced. When the water volume in the system decreases and the system pressure drops, the expansion of the gas inside the tank pushes the water back into the system. The start and stop of the water pump are controlled by the system's electrical contact pressure gauge and the control box. Installation Precautions
