The hard alloy nozzles are made from Zhuzhou Diamond and Xiamen Jinlu hard alloy, offering advantages such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, strong stability, high luster, and long service life. They are widely applicable in high and low-pressure cleaning, high-pressure spraying, and high-pressure spray drying fields.
Nozzles are designed to operate under various different spray conditions, hence selecting the appropriate nozzle for the required need ensures optimal spray performance during use. The characteristics of nozzles are primarily manifested in the type of spray, which includes the shape formed when the liquid leaves the nozzle mouth and its operational performance. Nozzles are named based on the spray shape, such as fan-shaped, conical, liquid column flow (i.e., jet), air atomization, and flat nozzles; among which, conical nozzles are further divided into hollow conical and solid conical types. The naming of Venturi nozzles (i.e., mixing and stirring nozzles), strong cooling (hot) air outlet nozzles, and specialized nozzles (such as garden nozzles, tank washing nozzles, pipe cleaning nozzles, etc.) reflects their operational performance.
