Technical requirements for seals:

1. The raw material used for the hard alloy, its brand, as well as its physical, mechanical properties, and metallographic characteristics shall comply with the relevant standards.
2. The burr and corner chamfer depth of the rough casting is not greater than 0.33mm.
3. The raw surface must not have defects such as peeling, blistering, delamination, cracks, porosity, overburning, or underburning.
4. The cross-section of the rough casting should be uniform and consistent, without any black heart, bubbles,分层, cracks, severe carburization, decarburization, or improperly compacted defects.
