Product Description:
The carbide nozzles are made from Zhuzhou Diamond and Xiamen Jinyu carbide materials, offering advantages such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, strong stability, high luster, and long service life. They are widely applicable in high and low-pressure cleaning, high-pressure spraying, and high-pressure spray drying fields.
Nozzles are designed to operate under various different spraying conditions, so selecting the appropriate nozzle for the specific need ensures optimal spraying performance during use. The characteristics of nozzles are primarily evident in the type of spray they produce, which includes the shape formed as the liquid exits the nozzle and its operational performance. Nozzles are named based on the spray shape, such as fan-shaped, conical, liquid column (i.e., jet), air atomized, and flat nozzles, with conical nozzles further divided into hollow and solid conical types; while the names of Venturi nozzles (i.e., mixing agitator nozzles), strong cooling (hot) air outlet nozzles, and specialized nozzles (such as garden nozzles, pot washing nozzles, pipe cleaning nozzles, etc.) reflect their operational performance.
