The high-temperature experimental furnace should be checked for proper contact of the power outlet before use, and the power cable insulation should meet the requirements.

The explosion-proof safety device for the atmosphere furnace must be flexible and reliable.

The resistance furnace with water-cooling should be equipped with water temperature, water pressure, and flow relays. In case of any abnormal conditions, the main circuit power should be immediately disconnected, and an alarm signal should be triggered.

g. The grounding bolts of the furnace body must be firm and reliable.

h. The exterior of the furnace shell must have a secure and reliable protective cover for the exposed electric heating element.
