Technical Requirements for Welding Frames

The welding frame must ensure symmetry, balance, and verticality, manufactured according to the dimensions specified in the drawings.

During the welding of the machine frame, the welding surface must not exhibit false welds, blow holes, slag inclusions, cracks, weld spatter, burn-through, arc pits, undercut, weld spatter scratches, or incomplete welding.

Welds must be even and aesthetically pleasing;

Post-welding treatment

1. The welding is complete. The slag and spatter on the weld seam surface should be cleaned, and the external dimensions and appearance quality of the weld should be inspected. If the weld is uneven, it should be repaired.

The weld seam should be smooth and even, with a seamless transition between welds and between welds and the base metal.
