3D Welding Flat Plate

The flexible welding platform has excellent load-bearing capacity and rigidity stability. Its five surfaces are all machined with regular holes and etched with cable lines. The flexible welding platform can be easily extended and expanded, and combined. The expanded standard surface can be modularly positioned and clamped to be directly connected together. The universal functions of the flexible three-dimensional combined welding fixture system are well demonstrated in the process of installation, adjustment, and positioning of workpieces, especially in the application to large workpieces.

Five work surfaces of the workbench are 100100 mm (D28 series) or 5050mm (D16 series) holes with grid markings. They feature excellent flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity tolerances on all five faces, as well as precise positioning between holes. The accuracy for locating on the table and the combination with other modules is sufficient. The base table dimensions start from 10001000mm to 4000mm2000mm is available for selection, and custom sizes are welcome.
