3D Flexible Welding Plate

The flexible welding platform has excellent load-bearing capacity and rigidity stability. All five surfaces are processed with regular holes and marked with wirelines. The flexible welding platform can be conveniently extended and expanded, and combined. The extended standard surface can be modularly positioned and clamped directly together. The process of installation, adjustment, and positioning of workpieces showcases the universal functions of the flexible 3D combined welding fixture system, especially in the application for large workpieces.

Five work surfaces of the workbench are 100100 mm (D28 series) or 5050mm (D16 series) holes with grid markings. The flatness, parallelism, and perpendicularity tolerances on all five faces, as well as the positional accuracy of the holes themselves, are excellent. The alignment on the benchtop and the combination with other modules meet sufficient accuracy requirements for use. The base benchtop dimensions start at 10001000mm to 4000mm2000mm is available for selection. Sizes can be customized.
