Cast Iron Porous Platform

The flexible welding platform boasts excellent load-bearing capacity and rigidity stability. Its five surfaces are all machined with regular holes and marked with cable lines. The flexible welding platform can be conveniently extended and expanded, and combined. The expanded standard surface can be modularly positioned and clamped directly together. The process of installation, adjustment, and positioning of workpieces showcases the universal functions of the flexible 3D combined welding fixture system, especially in the application of large workpieces.

The five work surfaces of the workbench are all 100100 mm (D28 series) or 5050mm (D16 series) holes with grid markings. They exhibit excellent flatness, parallelism, perpendicularity tolerances on all five faces, as well as high positional accuracy between holes. The positioning on the benchtop and the assembly with other modules meet sufficient accuracy requirements. The base benchtop dimensions start from 10001000mm to 4000mm2000mm is available for selection, and custom sizes are welcome.
