The steel cylinder shot blasting machine is a specialized equipment used for cleaning the inner and outer walls of steel cylinders, removing surface impurities through shot blasting and sandblasting techniques to enhance surface quality.
Operating Principle
The cylinder outer wall is treated with shot blasting technology, utilizing a PLC control system for automatic loading and unloading, shot flow control, and fault detection. After acceleration, the shots impact the cylinder outer wall, removing scales, rust, and other impurities.
Impurities, enhanced surface adhesion and corrosion resistance.
The inner wall of the steel cylinder is treated using shot blasting technology, where compressed air drives the pellets to automatically move up and down inside the cylinder, in conjunction with the cylinder's rotation to accomplish a full-surface cleaning of the inner wall.
