After the shot blasting machine is installed and positioned, it should be finely tuned according to specific working conditions.
The rotating directional sleeve allows for adjustment of the pellet jet direction within the launch range. However, excessive left or right deviation of the jet can weaken the launch power and accelerate the erosion of the radial shield.
Adjust the following method to achieve an appropriate launch mode.
Place a mild rusted or paint-marked steel plate within the blast cleaner's projection area.
2. Start the shot blaster. The motor accelerates to an appropriate speed.
3. By using the control valve (manual) to open the shot blasting gate, approximately 5 seconds later, the shot material is fed into the impeller, and the metal rust on the slightly rusted steel plate is removed.
    4. To determine the projection location, use one 19MM adjustable wrench to loosen the three hex bolts on the pressure plate until the directional sleeve can be turned by hand. Then, securely tighten the directional sleeve.
5. Prepare new projection charts for verifying appropriate settings.
Repeat the 3rd to 5th entries multiple times until an appropriate launch position is achieved.
