Chain Plate Material: Carbon steel and stainless steel can both be produced.

Chain Plate Mesh Conveyors: These conveyors are highly durable, powered by stainless steel chains, and made from stainless steel plates, ideal for transporting small, high-density items. They operate smoothly during conveyance, are easy to install and replace, and have a long service life. Suitable for medium to heavy-duty conveying. The steel plates are bent to form hinges, which are then connected to the chains using support shafts. The chains at both ends can be secured with cotter pins or washers; cotter pins facilitate easy disassembly and maintenance.
