Baked goods are discharged from tunnel ovens and enter the spiral cooling tower for natural air cooling or forced cooling. Mainly applicable products include toast, hamburgers, baguettes, cookies, pizzas, and similar items. Depending on whether a refrigeration unit is included, spiral cooling towers can be categorized as natural air cooling towers and forced cooling towers. In addition to the spiral conveying mechanism, forced cooling towers require additional components such as an insulated storage body, refrigeration compressor set, indoor evaporator, outdoor condenser, connecting pipes, and other necessary accessories. Conveying belts come in various specifications and materials, with food-grade stainless steel 304 and food-grade POM plastic commonly used.
