When using the equipment, first check the power supply and ensure the connection is secure; verify that the switch contacts are tight; inspect for melted wires; and ensure the three-phase power supply is balanced. If there's a broken circuit, melted contact wire, or phase imbalance, investigate the cause and repair it promptly. Next, check for mechanical failures within the pump, common reasons include too tight packing or debris blocking the impeller and pump housing; rusted shaft bearing leak rings; or severely bent pump shaft. Solutions include loosening the packing, clearing the water channel; removing the pump housing to clear debris and remove rust; and removing the pump shaft for alignment or replacing it with a new one.
