【Product Introduction】   

The Disc Aerator is another membrane micro-porous aeration product newly developed by our company. It is constructed with an ABS engineering plastic base and tray, and the aeration membrane is made of三元乙丙胶（EPDM）or silicone material. The aeration unit is composed of an aerator, regulator, connectors, and piping components such as tees, crosses, and elbows.

Disk aeration systems are a new type of aeration facility, capable of meeting the needs of all aeration ponds, biological contact oxidation ponds, and biological stabilization ponds, among other locations.

Disk aeration blowers are connected using G3/4 threads for both the aeration and air distribution pipes, with the base featuring an internal thread (mounted on the air distribution pipe) and the blower having an external thread. During installation, first secure the required dimensions of the regulator at the bottom of the pool, then use clamps to fix the air distribution pipe to the regulator.

Disk aeration diffusers have small bubble diameters, even bubble distribution, and strong corrosion resistance. Their feature is that when it's necessary to replace the diffuser in special conditions, there's no need to replace the entire unit; simply replace the membrane sheet easily, significantly reducing the difficulty and cost of later maintenance.
