【Product Structure】

The lift tube is composed of silicone or rubber (EPDM) diaphragm hoses, reinforced ABS support tubes with air grooves, ABS or stainless steel ventilation chambers, lift tube flexible connectors, stainless steel clamp bands, and more.

Utilizing advanced foreign anti-floating technology, suspended installation; the old aeration equipment can be repaired or replaced at any time without stopping production or draining water; even aeration, fine bubbles, high oxygen utilization, and high power efficiency; made with high-quality aeration membrane skin, tested for product quality, the membrane tubes have good elasticity, are not prone to clogging; the perforation method uses a plum blossom pattern, making it less likely to tear, preventing backflow of wastewater, and extending service life.

Product Design and Installation

For the air tube that can enhance aeration, please refer to the relevant technical specifications. The installation distance of the air tube from the bottom of the pool is 30cm-50cm, and it also depends on the design requirements. No configuration or pre-burial is needed inside the pool. It can be installed with or without water. No water needs to be drained during maintenance, and the blower does not need to be shut off. The air tube can be easily and quickly removed for replacement without affecting the normal operation of aeration.
