Model Approval SRRC Certificate Application Documents
1. Original Application Form for Approval of Radio Frequency Emitting Equipment Model
2. Copy of the business entity's legal person business license application, ISO certificate, or company profile.
3. Product Technical Specifications/Manual, Circuit Diagrams, Block Diagrams, User Manual
4. Color Photos — Set (included in the inspection report, provided by SRRC), including certified samples:
1) Overall photo
2) Front View;
3) Side view (including areas such as the emitter, interfaces, etc.)
4) Rear view (including emission port, connection areas, etc.)
5) Photo of the internal circuit board of the inspected equipment

Model Approval SRRC Certificate Application Process:
1. Principal provides product information to CTB for evaluation and quotation.
2. Principal confirms return signed quotation, fills out application form, provides samples/documents, arranges payment (initial payment), and SRRC case is opened.
3. Yibao arranges product trials and reviews the documentation.
4. If there are issues with the test or documentation, arrange for corrections and retesting/review until they meet the required standards.
5. Upon passing the tests and review of documents, SRRC will arrange for the issuance of the inspection report.
6. SRRC arranges for the submission of inspection reports to the national certification authority for review and issuance of certificates.
7. Client settles the final payment, receives the report, and the case is closed.
Model Approval Certification Cycle: 4-5 weeks.
SRRC Model Approval Certificate Validity Period:
The Model Approval Certificate is valid for 5 years; upon expiration, the certificate cannot be used anymore. To continue producing and selling products of this model, an extension application must be submitted to the Radio Management Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology one month prior to the certificate's expiration. The extension is typically valid for 3 years. Each model can only apply for an extension once. The Radio Management Bureau will make a decision on whether to grant the extension before the original certificate expires. If the manufacturer fails to submit an extension application for the Model Approval Certificate 30 days before the original certificate expires, it will be considered as an automatic renunciation.
