1: Application Submission

Upon receiving applications that meet the requirements, CQC issues an acceptance notice to the applicant, informing them to submit or send relevant documents and materials. The application phase transitions to the acceptance phase. Concurrently, CQC sends out information regarding fees and notifications. The applicant provides the required materials to CQC as instructed.

2: Documentation Review

During the document review stage, product certification engineers must divide the application into units. After unit division, if sample testing is required, the product certification engineers send out a sample submission notice and the corresponding payment notice to the applicant. Additionally, they notify the applicant to send a sample reception notice to the respective testing institution.

Sample Receipt for Sent Samples

Samples are directly delivered by the applicant to the testing institution. The testing institution receives and inspects the samples, fills out the sample acceptance report, and issues a sample correction notice for不合格 samples, followed by a new acceptance report upon correction. After the sample acceptance, the testing institution submits a sample testing progress form to CQC. Upon receiving the sample testing progress, and upon confirmation that the applicant has paid all related fees, CQC issues an official acceptance notice to the applicant and a testing task document to the testing institution, marking the official commencement of the sample testing.

4: Sample Testing

During the sample testing process, applicants should make corrections according to the sample testing rectification notice for any items that do not meet the requirements. Upon completion of the sample testing, the testing agency will fill out the sample testing results notification. The testing agency will also transmit the test report and other documents to CQC.

For applications requiring factory inspections, the Inspection Department organizes the factory audit.

6: Qualification Assessment

Product certification engineers collect and organize the results from each phase and conduct initial evaluations. Qualified assessors then conduct a second review of these results.
