Reliability Testing: Also known as product reliability assessment, the ability of the product to perform the specified functions under the specified conditions within the specified time frame.
Throughout the design and application process, the product continuously withstands the influences of its own and external climatic and mechanical environments while still needing to operate normally. This necessitates the use of testing equipment for verification, which is essentially divided into three parts: R&D testing, trial production testing, and mass production sampling inspection.
Reliability tests include aging tests, temperature and humidity tests, gas corrosion tests, mechanical vibration tests, mechanical impact tests, collision tests, drop tests, dust and water resistance tests, as well as packaging pressure tests, among various environmental reliability tests.
