Lightweight aggregate concrete construction technique

The application method of the dry-mixed composite lightweight aggregate concrete cushioning layer during construction is also relatively simple:

Firstly, for the preliminary treatment: treat the subfloor of the floor before laying the composite lightweight aggregate mat, and clean out any impurities on the bonded subfloor.

Next, locate the control line for the high elasticity level, typically measured from the +50cm horizontal line on the wall to determine the sub-layer elevation. If possible, mark this line around the perimeter walls.

Then, it's time for mixing: first, pour an appropriate amount of water into the mixer, followed by adding one bag of pre-mixed underlayment powder. Mix until well blended, then add the composite lightweight aggregate, and continue mixing to form a uniform mixture.

Then, lay the mixed composite lightweight aggregate subbase. Use a shovel to spread it over the base layer, leveling it to the height of the previously made leveling blocks, 3mm higher than the leveling piles. Use a flat vibrator to compact it. If the thickness is thin, use a shovel and a special wooden trowel to compact it as you lay it, and immediately use a large beam for leveling. Smooth it out with a wood trowel or roll it flat with an iron roller. Complete all operations within 3 hours.
