Electrodeposited zinc coating on color coated steel coils

The electrolytic galvanized base of color coated steel coils has a thinner plating layer and lower corrosion resistance compared to hot-dipped galvanized base plates. Hot-dipped galvanized base plates involve immersing thin steel plates into molten zinc to adhere a layer of zinc to the surface, offering good paint adhesion and welding properties. In contrast, hot-dipped aluminum-zinc base plates, with a 55% aluminum-zinc coating, possess excellent corrosion resistance and a longer lifespan than conventional galvanized steel plates.Our new product is over four times more efficient than galvanized sheets, serving as a replacement for them.

The coil coating line for colored coated aluminum requires the coating equipment to be in perfect condition, with smooth operation and no lateral or longitudinal vibration. The coating roller needs to have a fine grinding surface. Any lateral movement of the rollers on the coating machine must be controlled within allowable limits, as otherwise, it will severely affect the surface quality of the coating. The paint and the aluminum coil are factors that influence the coating quality during the process. Due to color differences between batches of paint, insufficient paint fineness, low coverage rates, poor compatibility between paint and solvent, and separation, all directly impact the coating effect and produce defects. The不平整ness of the aluminum coil base material, uneven film thickness, and poor edge bending also directly affect product quality and overall usage. Therefore, strict control should be exercised when selecting raw materials.
