Aluminized steel sheet is a steel sheet coated with an aluminum-silicon alloy, consisting of approximately 90% aluminum and about 10% silicon.

Performance Features:

1. High-Temperature Resistance: The specific combination of steel plate base material and coating structure forms an aluminum alloy, which endows the aluminum-plated sheet with excellent high-temperature resistance. At 450°C, it maintains a high reflectivity. Above 480°C, the coating appearance turns gray. At up to 650°C, the protective layer against steel plate oxidation remains intact with no signs of peeling off.

2. Reflective Heat: At 480 degrees Celsius, aluminum-coated panels can reflect 80% of incident heat. Thus, they can be made into efficient thermal insulation barriers or heat reflectors for high-temperature applications, rapidly raising the internal furnace temperature through effective heat reflection.

3. Mechanical Strength: At room temperature, the mechanical strength of the aluminum-coated sheet is consistent with that of its base material. Under the same high temperature of 480°C, the strength of the aluminum-coated steel sheet is 10 times that of the aluminum sheet, allowing the steel sheet thickness to be reduced by at least 30%.

4. Corrosion Resistance: During the hot-dip galvanizing process, molten aluminum immediately reacts with oxygen in the air to form an Al2O3 protective layer, which immediately passivates the steel plate surface. This protective layer is highly stable and water-insoluble, and even if the steel plate surface is scratched later, it has self-healing properties. Therefore, aluminum-coated steel plates exhibit strong resistance to chemical corrosion.

5. Eco-features: Non-chemically passivated aluminum-coated sheets have no impact on health, thus suitable for food processing. Many professional organizations' test reports confirm their harmlessness to humans and their status as eco-friendly products. Aluminum-coated sheets are fully recyclable.
