Steel structural floor deck

Reinforced truss floor decks are primarily composed of steel rebars as the top and bottom chords, and the web members, which are connected together by resistance spot welding, forming a truss known as a steel truss. The combination of steel trusses connected to the bottom plate by resistance spot welding to form an integrated load-bearing panel is called a reinforced truss floor deck.

Reinforced truss deck plates are a composite template where the reinforcing steel in the floor is processed into a steel truss at the factory, and then焊接 to a galvanized steel deck bottom mold. The TDM type reinforced truss deck plate differs from traditional steel deck plates, offering numerous advantages such as "economic, convenient, and reliable," and is a deck plate product that enhances customer value.

This product, having evolved, is now widely used in the floor or roof structures of prefabricated steel frame and concrete buildings.
