Load-bearing steel deck for buildings

Reinforced truss floor deck primarily consists of steel bars as the top and bottom chords, and the web members, which are connected together by resistance spot welding, forming a truss known as a steel truss. The combination of steel truss and bottom plate connected as a whole by resistance spot welding is called a reinforced truss floor deck.

Reinforced truss floor decks are a composite template that involves processing the reinforcing steel in the floor into a truss in the factory, then welding the truss to the galvanized corrugated steel bottom mold. The TDM type reinforced truss floor deck differs from traditional corrugated steel floor decks, offering numerous advantages such as "economic, convenient, and reliable," and is a floor deck product that enhances customer value.

The product, having evolved, is now widely used in the flooring or roofing structures of prefabricated steel structure and concrete buildings.
