Self-supporting building floor deck

Reinforced truss floor deck primarily consists of steel rebars as the top chord, bottom chord, and web, connected by resistance spot welding, which is referred to as a steel truss. The combination of steel truss and bottom plate connected as a whole by resistance spot welding is called a reinforced truss floor deck.

Reinforced steel truss floor decks involve processing the reinforcing steel in the floor into a steel truss at the factory, and then welding the steel truss to a galvanized steel plate bottom mold to form a composite template. The TDM type reinforced steel truss floor deck differs from the traditional steel plate floor deck, offering many advantages such as "economic, convenient, and reliable," and is a floor deck product that enhances customer value.

This product, having evolved, is now widely used in the roof or floor structures of prefabricated steel frame buildings and concrete structures.
