Reinforced truss floor deck

Reinforced truss floor decks primarily consist of steel rebars as the upper and lower chords, and the web members, which are connected by resistance spot welding to form a truss structure. Such a truss made of steel rebars is referred to as a steel truss. The combination of steel truss with the bottom plate, connected as a single unit through resistance spot welding, is called a reinforced truss floor deck.

Reinforced truss deck is a composite formwork that involves factory-processing the reinforcing steel into a truss structure and then welding it to a galvanized steel deck bottom mold. The TDM type reinforced truss deck differs from traditional steel deck formwork, offering numerous advantages such as "economic, convenient, and reliable," and is a value-enhancing deck product for customers.

This product, having evolved, is now widely used in the floor or roof structures of prefabricated steel and concrete buildings.
