Steel deck for structural use

Reinforced truss floor deck primarily consists of steel rebars as the top and bottom chords, and the web members, connected together by resistance spot welding, forming a truss known as a steel truss. The combination of steel truss with the bottom plate, connected as a single unit by resistance spot welding, is called a reinforced truss floor deck.

Reinforced truss floor decks are composite templates where the reinforcing steel in the floor is processed into a steel truss at the factory, and then焊接 together with galvanized corrugated steel sheet bottom molds into a single unit. The TDM type reinforced truss floor deck differs from traditional corrugated steel floor decks, offering numerous advantages such as "economic, convenient, and reliable," and is a floor deck product that enhances customer value.

This product, having evolved, is now widely used in the floor or roof structures of prefabricated steel and concrete buildings.

1. Suitable for multi-story projects with quality requirements.

2. Suitable for applications requiring indoor cleanliness (such as hospitals, food processing, electronic or mechanical manufacturing, server rooms, etc.).
