Constant Pressure Water Supply System

 The pressure-regulated water supply device utilizes the system's static pressure as the initial water head for the expansion tank, and employs a pressure that ensures the hot water within the system does not vaporize as the terminal water head for the operating end of the expansion tank.

Working Principle

Upon initial operation, the water pump is first activated to fill the water chamber in the system and the air tank. After the system is full, any excess water is compressed into the capsule. Due to the incompressibility of water, as the volume of water in the chamber increases, it expands and compresses the air chamber, causing the pressure inside the tank to rise continuously. When the pressure reaches the designed level, the water pump is shut off by the pressure controller. If the system pressure increases due to water expansion from heating and exceeds the design pressure, the excess water is drained through an electromagnetic valve to the make-up water tank for reuse. When the system pressure exceeds the working pressure of the pipeline or equipment, the safety valve opens to protect the pipeline and equipment. If the water in the system decreases in volume due to leakage or temperature drop, the water in the capsule is continuously pressed into the pipeline to compensate for the pressure drop. When the system pressure falls to the designed low pressure, the water pump restarts to replenish water into the pipeline and air tank, repeating the cycle.
