    Supermagnetic Separation Overview:

    Traditional water treatment technology is essentially divided into three stages: clarification, filtration, and disinfection. Our technology, however, highly integrates these two stages, with clarification and filtration being highly concentrated. Of course, some substances like ammonia and nitrogen that dissolve in water require biological treatment, and we incorporate this as well. Why is this important? Essentially, we decompose water pollutants using microorganisms, a process that generates nitrogen dioxide, which will be discussed later. The reduction in carbon emissions, as mentioned by the low-carbon initiative, is achieved in this field.

    This is a standard coagulation process, but what sets it apart from traditional methods is the magnetic separation technology. There's a magnetic loading material involved, which brings about the following features: increased efficiency, reduced space requirements, and the ability to repel certain pathogens and pollutants.

    Our first technology involves a magnetic drum separator, where the magnet powder is continuously recycled back into the drum and then the sludge is discharged. This technology has become a reality on the industrial west side. The second technology is quite a highlight; adding a filter to the system inevitably creates a vacuum, and any pressure will affect the flow rate, impacting efficiency. Secondly, both filtering processes exhibit a backflushing characteristic.

    The second principle, related to this characteristic, is the magnetic filter. This demonstrates the wastewater, after adding coagulants, flocculants, and magnetic powder, is now passed through a permanent magnet, which attracts all pollutants. This process does not necessarily require direct physical contact; even placed outside a glass cup, the magnetic field elements can still attract the contaminants. The magnetic filter utilizes magnets, and during the open process, water flows through it much like a physical filter, with a high flow rate. Once a certain amount of time has passed and the pollutants accumulate, simply shut off the power, reverse the flow, and the process is complete, making it highly efficient.

    These are the two core technologies, with several notable features. One is that the removal of pollutants can be combined with ultrafiltration membrane treatment, particularly in wastewater treatment and deep treatment, where high requirements are placed on SS (suspended solids). In this regard, our magnetite powder and small particles play a role in quickly removing them.

    Supermagnetic Separation Principle

    Magnetic Separation Technology: This technology employs strong magnetic force to recover and separate ferromagnetic flocs from wastewater, achieving water purification. The Micro-Magnetic Flocculation + Ultra-Magnetic Separation technology, as well as the Magnetic Catalytic Activated Sludge technology, have been applied in the fields of municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, and oilfield wastewater since 2006. The Ultra-Magnetic Separation technology utilizes permanent magnet disks for filtering and adsorbing magnetic suspended solids to achieve solid-liquid separation. The entire coagulation, flocculation, and solid-liquid separation process takes about 3 minutes. After adding magnetic seeds, coagulation, and flocculation, the flow rate of the wastewater through the ultra-magnetic separation equipment can reach 300m/h to 1000m/h. The Magnetic Coagulation Sedimentation technology enhances the sedimentation speed by adding magnetic powder with a specific gravity of 5.2 and closely binding it with the water particles. The BioMag Biochemical technology combines magnetic powder with biological treatment to improve sludge settling performance and increase sludge concentration.

    Diatomite Technology: Diatomite is a non-metallic mineral formed from the sedimentary remains of aquatic plant diatoms through long-term geological mineralization processes. By using hydraulic methods, powdered diatomite or anionic exchange resin powder is evenly laid on the surface of the filter elements as a filtering medium, creating a membrane 1.5 to 3.0mm thick. This effectively retains suspended particles and other microorganisms/bacteria in the water, resulting in filtered water that meets drinking water standards.
