Water is the source of life, nurturing and sustaining all forms of life on Earth, and serving humanity in numerous ways. The scarcity of water resources and the pollution of water environments pose severe threats to human health and safety, and constrain further economic development. The protection of water resources and the prevention of water pollution have become a crucial issue for the implementation of sustainable development strategies, garnering global attention, and leading to the continuous advancement of wastewater treatment technologies.

The Magnetic Coagulation Sedimentation Technology involves synchronously adding magnetic powder to the conventional coagulation sedimentation process, allowing it to bind with pollutants into a single entity. This enhances the coagulation and flocculation effects. Due to the magnetic powder's density being five times that of water, the combined flocs quickly increase in density, resulting in denser and more robust flocs, thereby achieving rapid sedimentation.
The magnetic floc self-flows into the clarification pond, where it achieves rapid settlement within minutes, reaching a sedimentation rate of up to 40 meters per hour—20 times faster than traditional coagulation sedimentation. The magnetic process enhances the coagulation, flocculation, bridging, adsorption, and capture capabilities, further strengthening the treatment effectiveness. The coagulation sedimentation process is completed as the magnetic flocs quickly separate from the sludge in the clarification pond. The clear liquid is then discharged through the clarification pond's water collection system, with the effluent water quality achieving SS below 5mg/L and TP below 0.3mg/L. The system also exhibits excellent removal of COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, bacteria, and has strong resistance to shock loads, ensuring stable operation even under high concentration and pollution conditions.
Short processing time, the entire process can be completed in 10-15 minutes. The magnetized sludge accumulates at the bottom of the clarification pond and is then discharged into the magnet recovery system via the mud discharge system.
