














Cast Iron and Copper镶闸门Structural Features
It features a unique outer arc design, with a rational structure and even distribution of force. Made from high-quality gray cast iron or ductile iron, as well as stainless steel, the water-stop sealing surface is lined with copper strips or rubber. After precise processing and fitting, it achieves a flat contact seal, offering excellent sealing performance. If the water-stop sealing performance degrades, it can be resolved by adjusting the wedge block device.
Cast Iron Copper-lined Square Gate
The cast iron镶copper square gate consists of components such as the door frame, gate plate, guide rail, sealing strip, transmission screw, lifting block nut/ear, and adjustable sealing mechanism. Both the door frame and gate plate are made of high-quality gray cast iron or ductile iron. The guide rails are symmetrically arranged on both sides and securely fastened to the door frame ends with stainless steel bolts and locating pins (for gates with medium and small diameters, the guide rail can be cast integrally with the door frame). The length of the guide rail is generally 1/2 to 1/3 of the full opening height of the gate, resulting in a structure that is highly strong, rigid, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and capable of withstanding high pressure.
2. Sealed through wedging achieved by the wedge block assembly, using materials such as copper alloys or rubber, which are precisely machined and paired for research, hence offering excellent sealing properties.

5. Used in conjunction with gate actuators, the gate serves as the working section, while the actuator is the part responsible for opening and closing the gate. The actuator is powered by manual operation, an electric motor, or pneumatic or hydraulic systems, which drive the transmission mechanism's gears, worm gears, and screws. This movement drives the rotation of the nut or screw, causing the gate shaft to move vertically up and down, thereby opening or closing the gate to control water flow or adjust water levels.
