1. Integrated Gate and Sluice Gate Application: This is a movable structure used for closing and opening waterway openings in hydraulic engineering. The gate's function is to fully or partially close and open waterway openings as needed to regulate water levels upstream and downstream, as well as to control leakage and discharge flow. It is widely used in agricultural irrigation, aquaculture, agricultural development zones, wastewater treatment plants, hydropower stations, reservoirs, rivers (sluices, embankments, canals, culverts, pipelines), and is a specialized equipment for flood control, drought resistance, water storage, power generation, navigation, passing logs, and removing silt, ice blocks, and other floating debris. It can be used in mountainous, plains, and areas without power generation. The integrated gate and sluice gate series has two structures: one with the gate leaf and frame made of gray cast iron (HT200) melted and cast, then precision machined.
2. Integrated Hoist Gate Features: The gate boasts an aesthetically pleasing design, simple structure, easy installation, safe operation, flexible opening and closing, excellent corrosion resistance, low friction, good water-sealing performance, and minimal leakage rate (forward: 0.72L/M.Min, reverse: 1.25L/M.min). It can withstand high water pressure, has a long service life, and low maintenance costs. Both the leaf and frame are made from steel sections. The steel structure sliding gate is based on high-quality steel plates, utilizes rubber water-stop and anti-corrosion methods, and is surface treated with sandblasting and hot galvanizing. Products can be manufactured according to customer-provided drawings.
