The side-shifting screw gate operator is a mechanical device that raises and lowers gates through screw transmission. Models include the QL type screw gate operator, QD type electric gate operator, and QP type winch gate operator. Those involved in water conservancy and hydropower projects are well-acquainted with them. The operators are structurally simple and easy to operate. By following the manufacturer's user manual or technical guide, a little practice and a couple of trials will allow you to master the operation. The manual gate operators have closing forces of 0.5 tons, 1 ton, 2 tons, 3 tons, and 5 tons. Align the screw with the operator's nut, and by turning the handle clockwise, you can lift or lower the gate through the connected screw. Electric gate operators can achieve closing forces of up to 8 tons, 10 tons, 15 tons, 20 tons, 25 tons, and 50 tons. Today's technology can also accommodate double-point gate operators, where two operators are connected by a lever and operate simultaneously at the same speed.
