详情描述
One. Purpose, Mechanism, and Features of the Hoist-Type Aluminum Molten Refining De-gassing Machine
1. The overhead crane type aluminum liquid refining degasser refines and de-gases aluminum-silicon, aluminum-magnesium, aluminum-zinc, and aluminum-copper alloy melts. Through physical and chemical actions, it enhances and improves the quality of the aluminum liquid, thereby improving the quality of the aluminum alloy products.
2. Basic Working Principle of Hoist-Type Aluminum Alloy Refining Deaerator: By rotating a graphite rotor, the aluminum alloy forms a vortex. The solid refining agent is evenly sent to the center of the aluminum alloy vortex under the action of the feeding motor. Under the effect of the vortex, it enters the aluminum alloy. With the combined action of mechanical stirring and minute inert gases, the refining agent is fully contacted and reacts with the aluminum alloy, achieving the refining and dross removal effect. The deaeration function is achieved by controlled rotation of the graphite shaft and the rotor stirring the aluminum alloy, while measured inert gases are pressed into the aluminum alloy through the rotor and dispersed into tiny bubbles, evenly distributed in the molten metal, with zero gas partial pressure in the bubbles. Due to the high hydrogen partial pressure in the aluminum alloy, hydrogen gas in the aluminum alloy continuously diffuses into the bubbles, and some non-metallic inclusions in the aluminum alloy are adsorbed on the surface of the bubbles. The useless hydrogen gas and the inert gas bubbles adhering to the non-metallic inclusions rise to the surface of the liquid, thereby achieving the deaeration effect.
3. Features of overhead crane aluminum liquid refining degassing machine:
A. This equipment integrates degassing and powder refining functions, allowing for individual use of each feature or combined operation. It features degassing to remove hydrogen and impurities from aluminum melt, as well as the ability to introduce solid refining agents into the aluminum melt for slag and gas refining, enhancing the quality of the aluminum melt.
B. Equipped with a PLC program controller featuring a touchscreen display, it offers manual and automatic operation modes, various fault alert functions, and achieves full automation to reduce the workload and potential human errors, ensuring operator safety.
C. The program allows for adjustable degassing time, refining time, degassing speed, powder feeding time and speed, and can independently control the delay times for forward, reverse, rise, and fall movements.
D. The entire workflow is automatically completed, sequentially performing actions such as intake, descent, powder spraying, rotation, exhaust, rotation completion, ascent, and gas cutoff. It can also accommodate specific actions as per customer requirements. It helps prevent waste of inert gases, refining agents, and other consumables, while ensuring the graphite rod does not become blocked.
F. Utilizes high-performance wear-resistant guides with excellent oxidation resistance and high precision for smooth up-and-down movement. The head and body are integrated, effectively reducing head vibration and swing arm replacement issues during operation. Significantly extends the lifespan of stone turning dry.
G. Utilizing high-antioxidant treated graphite rotors and turntables, effectively extending service life and saving operation costs for customers.
