This equipment is suitable for dehydrogenation and slag removal of aluminum melt in crucible furnaces, pond furnaces, reflector furnaces, ladles, and static boxes.
Working Principle:
The principle of this equipment is that the rotating rotor breaks the inert gas (argon or nitrogen) injected into the molten aluminum into a large number of dispersed bubbles, and distributes them throughout the aluminum; these bubbles absorb hydrogen from the aluminum melt and adsorb impurities through the principles of gas pressure difference and surface adsorption, rising with the bubbles to the surface of the aluminum melt, thereby purifying the aluminum. Due to their small and dispersed nature, the bubbles mix uniformly with the rotating melt and slowly rise in a spiral pattern, without creating a continuous upward gas flow upon contact with the aluminum, significantly enhancing the purification effect. Both argon and nitrogen can be used as gases for degassing and removing impurities from the aluminum melt, with a purity of 99.95% or higher.
