Operating Principle:
The aluminum liquid spray powder electric refining pot plays a crucial role in alloy production, primarily for removing oxides and other impurities from the aluminum liquid. It is called a composite refining pot because it uses a mixture of solid particle refining agents and inert gases (ammonia gas) that are sent into the aluminum liquid through a spray nozzle. Operators continuously move the spray nozzle to achieve the desired effect.
Equipment Features:
1. Pushcart-style, smooth movement, with wheel lock mechanism.
2. Pure gas refining and gas + flux combined refining modes available for selection.
3. Equipped with a unique hinge-cage type feeding mechanism, it evenly and continuously introduces the flux into the aluminum melt, ensuring all flux comes into full contact with the aluminum. This extends the interaction time between the flux and the aluminum melt, maximizing the effectiveness of the flux while reducing the amount needed. It avoids the drawbacks of tank-type powder spray machines, which can blow a large amount of flux into the aluminum melt in a very short time, causing the flux to float in local clumps, not fully interacting with the aluminum melt, leading to incomplete reactions and waste of flux.

5. Variable frequency control, refined flux addition speed is adjustable at will, with a Siemens original variable frequency inverter.
6. Utilizes mechanical quantitative feeding for even distribution, minimizing pipeline blockages.
7. An alarm sounds when the pipeline pressure is abnormal, and the feeding system automatically stops feeding.
8. Refining degassing complete with alarm prompt.
9. Equipped with an outlet observation window.
